Cancellation and Refund Policy for Prayag Tourism

Cancellation Policy 
We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please follow the guidelines below for a smooth cancellation process:

  1. How to Cancel:
    • You can cancel your booking by calling our 24×7 Customer Care helpline at +919555313526.
    • All cancellations must be confirmed by Prayag Tourism to be valid.
  2. Cancellation Charges:
    • Free Cancellations: Cancellations are free of charge if hotel, flight, and cab bookings have not yet been processed.
    • Cancellations 10 Days or More Before Scheduled Pickup: No cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is confirmed 10 days or more before the scheduled tour date.
    • Cancellations Within 10 Days of Scheduled Pickup: For cancellations within 10 days of the scheduled pickup, a cancellation fee may apply, and the advance payment may be forfeited.
  3. Force Majeure Cancellations:
    If the cancellation is due to uncontrollable external events, such as natural disasters (e.g., epidemics, earthquakes, floods) or other unavoidable circumstances (e.g., strikes, civil unrest), we will offer a voucher for the full advance amount paid, redeemable on a future booking with Prayag Tourism, with no expiry date.
Refund Policy

Refunds are processed as per our Cancellation Policy and depend on the timing of the cancellation and the conditions outlined above.

  1. Refund Process and Timeline:
    • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
    • If incorrect bank details are provided, Prayag Tourism is not responsible for delays or losses.
  2. Vouchers in Place of Refunds:
    • In cases where external factors force a cancellation, such as unavailability of drivers, unexpected road closures, or breakdowns, Prayag Tourism may issue a voucher for the full advance amount paid, redeemable for future bookings.
  3. Non-Refundable Situations:
    • No refunds or vouchers will be provided if payments are made directly to the driver or any third-party without prior agreement with Prayag Tourism.
    • Prayag Tourism is not liable for losses caused by driver actions, but we will assist in resolving issues reasonably.
  4. Misconduct:
    • Prayag Tourism reserves the right to withhold the advance amount if there is any misconduct by the traveler (e.g., physical, verbal, or other abuse) toward our staff or drivers. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
