1. Definitions
  • “Company” refers to Naraayan traders and travels, which owns and operates Prayagtourism.com.
  • “Client,” “You,” or “User” refers to anyone accessing, browsing, or using our website to book tour packages.
  • “Package” or “Tour” refers to the one, two, three, five, or seven-day tour packages available on PrayagTourism.com for Prayagraj, Kumbh Mela, Chitrakoot, Varanasi, Vindhyachal, and Ayodhya.
  • “Website” refers to Prayagtourism.com.

2. Booking and Payments
  1. Booking Procedure:
    • All bookings must be made online through our website. Once your booking is submitted and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the tour.
    • It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate details while booking. The company will not be held liable for issues arising from inaccurate information.
  2. Payment:
    • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
    • Payments can be made via secure online payment methods available on Prayagtourism.com. All payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway.
    • The company does not store any personal banking information, and by using this website, you agree to the terms of the third-party payment processor.
  3. Currency:
    • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR). The client is responsible for any exchange rate fees or foreign transaction fees imposed by their bank or payment provider.
  4. Booking Confirmation:
    • Bookings are confirmed only once full payment is received. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your package and itinerary.

3. Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds
  1. Cancellation Policy:
    • Up to 30 days before departure: 100% refund.(excluding transaction charges)
    • 15-29 days before departure: 75% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before 24hr of departure: 50% refund.
    • Less than 24 hr before departure: no refund.
    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be processed according to the above policy.
  2. Amendments:
    • Changes to a booking (such as the date or itinerary) must be requested in writing at least 15 days before the departure date.
    • Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  3. Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Transaction fees from the payment provider may apply, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
    • No refunds will be given for unused portions of the tour or for any missed services due to the client’s negligence or late arrival.

4. Responsibilities and Liabilities
  1. Travel Documents:
    • The client is responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, including valid photo identification, at the time of travel.
  2. Insurance:
    • The company recommends that all clients purchase travel insurance to cover possible risks, such as medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and baggage loss. PrayagTourism.com does not provide travel insurance and will not be liable for any claims.
  3. Itinerary and Timings:
    • The company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or local events.
    • While every effort will be made to adhere to the original itinerary, the company cannot be held responsible for delays or changes that arise beyond its control.
  4. Tour Participation:
    • Clients must comply with all instructions provided by the tour guide or company representative. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the tour without a refund.
    • The company reserves the right to refuse service to any client displaying abusive, disruptive, or dangerous behavior.
  5. Health and Safety:
    • Clients are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness for the tour. The company is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions that may arise during or after the tour.
    • Clients must inform the company of any pre-existing medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or allergies prior to the trip.

5. Limitation of Liability
  • PrayagTourism.com and its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:
    • Any injury, illness, accident, loss, delay, or irregularity during the tour.
    • Loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
    • Disruptions or changes due to weather, political unrest, acts of God, or other unforeseen events beyond the company’s control.

6. Client Responsibilities
  1. Behavior:
    • All clients are expected to respect local customs and laws. The company will not tolerate inappropriate or illegal behavior, and such behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
  2. Punctuality:
    • Clients must adhere to the schedule provided by the tour guide. Late arrivals may result in missing certain parts of the itinerary without a refund or rescheduling options.

7. Privacy Policy
  • By using PrayagTourism.com, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for managing your tour booking and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
