Welcome to PrayagTourism.com. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Naraayan Traders and Travels (operating as “Prayag Tourism”).

By accessing our website or booking a tour package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

  • “The Company,” “We,” “Us”: Refers to Naraayan Traders and Travels, the legal owner and operator of PrayagTourism.com.
    “Client,” “You,” “User”: Refers to the person or entity accessing the website or making a booking.
    “Service” or “Package”: Refers to the tour itineraries (1 to 7 days) covering destinations including Prayagraj, Kumbh Mela, Chitrakoot, Varanasi, Vindhyachal, and Ayodhya.

2. Booking and Payment Policy

2.1 Booking Procedure: All bookings must be initiated through our official website or customer support channels. A booking is considered “Confirmed” only when full payment/advance is received and a confirmation email containing the itinerary is issued by the Company.

2.2 Payments:

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
    Payment Processing: We utilize secure, third-party payment processors. Prayag Tourism does not store your credit card or banking login details.
    Transaction Fees: The Client is responsible for any applicable bank transaction fees or currency exchange charges.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. All cancellation requests must be made via phone to our Customer Care (+91 95553 13526) and confirmed by Prayag Tourism.

3.1 Standard Cancellation Tiers:

  • Pre-Processing Stage: If a cancellation is requested before hotel, flight, or cab bookings have been processed by our team, the cancellation is Free of Charge.
    10 Days or More Before Pickup: If the cancellation is confirmed 10 days or more before the scheduled tour date, No Cancellation Fee applies. You will receive a full refund of the advance paid.
    Within 10 Days of Pickup: For cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled pickup, the Advance Payment will be forfeited as a cancellation fee to cover operational costs and reservation holds.

3.2 Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events): If the tour is cancelled due to external events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest):

  • We will offer a Credit Voucher for the full advance amount paid.
    This voucher has no expiry date and is redeemable for future bookings.

3.3 Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
    Refunds are credited to the original method of payment. Prayag Tourism is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details provided by the Client.

4. Responsibilities and Travel Documents

  • Identity Proof: All travelers must carry valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID) during the tour. The Company is not responsible if entry to hotels or monuments is denied due to lack of ID.
    Travel Insurance: Prayag Tourism does not provide travel insurance. We strongly recommend Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies or baggage loss.

5. Itinerary Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify routes, schedules, or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic diversions during Kumbh Mela, weather conditions). While we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives, the Company is not liable for delays arising from these external factors.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Behavior: We operate in spiritually significant zones. Clients are expected to respect local customs and religious sentiments.
6.2 Misconduct: The Company reserves the right to terminate the tour of any Client who exhibits abusive (physical or verbal), intoxicated, or illegal behavior toward our staff, drivers, or fellow travelers. In such cases, the advance amount will be withheld and legal action may be taken.

7. Limitation of Liability

Naraayan Traders and Travels acts as a travel facilitator. We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury, sickness, accident, or death during the tour.
    Loss or damage to personal property/luggage.
    Service deficiencies by third-party providers (hotels, independent drivers), provided they were selected with reasonable care.
    Direct Payments: We are not liable for cash payments made directly to drivers or third parties without our prior agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Prayagtourism.com (including text, tour itineraries, logos, and images) is the exclusive property of Prayag Tourism. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
